All our production materials are sourced with quality in mind, material certificates can be supplied with project documentation on request. Bought in proprietary items are procured through our pre-selected and vetted suppliers in line with our ISO 9001:2015 system.

Dedicated production facility with two separate production areas one specialising in mild steel fabrication and the second in stainless steel, separated to insure there is no cross contamination.

Utilising laser cut parts to further improve accuracy levels of fabricated parts.

Goods in area to ensure all materials are of sufficient quality and within tolerance to drawing before being released to our qualified engineers for either fabrication or fitting.

Employing only experienced, and highly skilled fabricators with vast experience within the bulk handling sector, capable of working with mild steel or stainless steel.

Regular work in progress quality checks to monitor high quality production standards.

Experienced fitters assemble our products once all sub-assemblies have been fabricated.

Galvanised or painted finishes available to WIMES specifications or any customer requirement.

Factory acceptance test completed with documented inspection reports supplied with equipment supplied, which can be witnessed with customer presence.
