Washers & Blanchers
Rod washers typicaly used for washing root vegetables our systems can integrate fully automated vegetable processing lines usually positioned post steam peeling and pre trim table.
Systems installed have included 30 tonnes per hour potato processing lines and 40 tonnes per hour carrot processing lines.
Our blanchers are amongst the largest available
(typically 2.5m diameter x 10m length) capable of processing 30 tonnes per hour of potatoes whilst maintaining a dwell time of up to 20 mins.
